She worked on the tooth for nearly two hours and, unbelievably, once the anesthetic wore off, I had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. January 16, 2026I had a really good experience with Dr. Caroline Jiang and her team. Carol at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and managed to get me a next-day appointment for a dental emergency when I had a badly chipped tooth with a large hole. I went in expecting the worst and thought I would need a crown, but Dr. Jiang explained everything clearly and said a simple filling was enough. She was very gentle, the freezing injection barely hurt, and she talked me through each step so I always knew what was going on. The treatment was quick, comfortable, and there was no pressure or upselling at all. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend.

December 9, 2025Please watch the video I attached! My experience is a bit unusual. I got my best Botox experience with my dentist Caroline. The product she used is called Xeomin, and I think it was better than my previous experience! (I have been getting Botox since 2021, every half year.) And she gave me advice about breathing, how to place your tongue to the right place, etc. Very very good experience. I heard dentists are better than esthetician in Botox, and I tried other dentists, they knew nothing!!!! But Caroline is so good 😭😭😭😭

November 7, 2025I recently completed a series of four appointments at this clinic and had one of the most professional and positive dental experiences I’ve ever had. My first visit with Dr. Caroline Jiang included a full dental check-up, x-rays, photos, and a thorough assessment of my dental and gum health. I returned for three follow-up appointments to treat cavities, and throughout, Dr. Jiang and her assistant Muskan were incredibly attentive, gentle, and skilled. Reception, managed by Ginny, is friendly, efficient, and sends timely appointment reminders—especially helpful if it’s your first visit. The clinic itself is calm, spotless, and very well organized, with virtually no wait time. They even let you bring your bike inside, which is a thoughtful touch considering bike theft in Vancouver. Plus, there’s a great view of downtown while you’re in the chair! I would highly recommend booking your dental check-ups and ongoing care at this clinic! :)

August 6, 2025I was referred to Dr. Campbell by my regular dentist's office while he was out of town. A part of an old filling flaked off, but I wasn't able to find the origin. I was scheduled to see Dr. Campbell the morning after I called, and she found the issue without any notes, history or imaging. Everything was done in less than half an hour without any discomfort. Her staff are great, and I'm happy with the entire experience, I would easily recommend her and come back again.
